Andy Nadeau is president and co-owner of Horizons Engineering, Inc., northern New Hampshire’s leading civil, land surveying and environmental consulting firm. A licensed surveyor in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, Andy has 25 years’ experience in the land development field. Andy’s career has spanned seven states, with an emphasis on residential, commercial and institutional development, large-scale utility projects, hotel and resort development and complicated boundary and title issues. Andy is a former co-owner of a southern Maine firm, and relocated back to the family farm in Lancaster in 2006 with his wife Jeanne and their large family. Andy also serves as a member of the Lancaster planning board and is a church musician at Gate of Heaven parish in Lancaster.
Carol Miller has been the Director of Broadband Technology, at the Division of Economic Development, the NH Department of Resources and Economic Development, since November 2009. Carol is a native of the North Country. Born in Berlin and a resident of Gorham, her career covers a wide range of technologies. She was co-owner and founder of NCIA with husband Jeff Schall. As an entrepreneur they built an internet service business in the underserved North Country deploying changing technologies from dial-up, dsl, and wireless high speed service across the northern 3 counties. Carol managed the internet business, and established and grew a retail network and computer center. In addition she is an adjunct faculty at WMCC teaching financial software and has been a part-time radio disk jockey for FM and AM stations in the North Country for over 15 years. Her affiliations and state-wide networking skills got her the position she holds today which has allowed the Division of Economic Development to focus on broadband and its economic benefits to the State of NH.

Glenn joined North Country Council in 2014 as a Senior Economic Development Planner. He serves as staff to the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Steering Committee and works closely with communities and other stakeholders in the North Country Economic Development District to help advance projects that create job opportunities and add to the overall economic base of the region.
Glenn was previously Economic Development Director for the NH Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), a State entity that provides funding for community development projects statewide. He was responsible for overseeing economic development grant making for the agency, as well as implementation of the NH Investment Tax Credit Program administered by CDFA. Glenn came to CDFA in 2001 after a 23-year career in the private sector where he held management positions in sales, marketing and business development for several high technology firms.
Glenn earned his Bachelor’s degree from Framingham State College, and his Master’s in Resource Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire. He is a Certified and Credentialed Economic Developer through the New Hampshire Economic Development Association and Northeastern Economic Developers Association, and is also the recipient of the Daniel Quinlan Award for outstanding community planning, and the Community Builder Award from the Gideon Masonic Lodge.
Glenn lives in Kingston, NH at Evergreen Farm where he grows Christmas Trees and maintains the mid-1800s farmstead. He is also very active in the community, serving on the town Planning Board, Historic District Commission, Capital Improvements Committee, Library Strategic Planning Committee and Rockingham Planning Commission. Glenn is an old car buff and an avid Contra Dancer, as well.
Kendra is a partner in the CPA firm Crane & Bell, PLLC in Lancaster. She joined the firm in 2000, becoming a partner in 2007. She participates in all of the services provided by Crane & Bell, CPAs including tax services, audits, reviews and compilations, and consulting. Her focus is on the municipal and nonprofit services provided by the firm.
Kendra is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Hampshire Society of CPAs, and NH Government Finance Officers Association (NHGFOA). Active in her community, Kendra participates in the Lancaster Rotary Club, serves as treasurer for the New Hampshire Society of CPAs, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Morrison Hospital Association.
Kendra resides with her husband and two children in Stark, NH.
Colebrook -Mary Gueymard is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of Kheops International, Inc. Aside from managing the day to day operations of the business, Mary is an active member of her community and serves on numerous committees and likes to volunteer whenever possible. She has been with Kheops International for 15 years. Mary also serves on the Colebrook Development Corporation board of directors. Mary is fluent in English and French.
